Exchanges:
We are delighted to offer one-time size exchanges within 30 days to ensure you find the perfect fit. Each item is printed to order, emphasising the importance of carefully consulting our sizing guide to get it right the first time.
To streamline the returns process, kindly enclose a note with your order details, including your name, address, and order number. Failure to provide this information may lead to delays or make it challenging to identify your return.
Important - Please follow these steps for a smooth return process (non-compliance may result in rejection):
- All items must be returned in their original packaging.
- Items should be unworn, clean, and in a resalable condition.
Please note that while we do not cover the postage cost for returning the initial item, we will cover the postage costs for dispatching your new item to you.
Upon receiving and processing your returned item, our team will initiate your new order within 5 business days. For status updates on your new order, feel free to contact our team at supportbuddy@mindfulclothes.co.uk.
For your peace of mind, consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We cannot guarantee the receipt of your returned item(s), and failure to reach us may result in the inability to process an exchange.
Credit:
If you do not wish to exchange your item for a different size we can offer you a credit with Mindful Clothes for the full value of your original order.
Refunds:
As each of our items are made to order we are unable to accept returns for refund. Unless the item is faulty (see below)
Faulty Items:
As much as we strive for perfection, errors may occur.
To expedite the process, please provide detailed information and include images when reporting a fault. Customers are entitled to a replacement within 30 days of purchase.
Please note that items damaged due to customer negligence or failure to follow garment care instructions will not be eligible for exchange. Only manufacturing faults will be considered.
